How to Create a Defect in Panaya
- Launch the link
https://my.panaya.com/.
2.Enter your username and password, then log in.
3.After logging in, you will land on the home page.
4. Click on the three horizontal lines (menu icon) as shown in the screenshot to navigate your project.
5.Locate and expand your project to access the scripts.
6.Click on the relevant script and select “Report Defect” to raise a new defect.
7. Enter the subject of the defect
8.Click on “Click here” to add a screenshot of the error
9.Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select the Defect Category and Severity.
10.Under Ownership, assign the defect to the appropriate functional analyst, then click Save.
11.To view the defects you’ve created, go to the Defects column
